Tkaczew is about 32 km NNW of Lodz or 6 km S of Leczyca at map 
coordinates N52/01 E19/12.

You can find a listing of modern Lutheran parishes in Poland at 
http://www.luteranie.pl/internet/katalog.htm .  Radom is not among 
them so I doubt you will be able to contact a pastor.
