Hello,

I've recently had my grandparents birth records transcribed, which were
written in Cerillic Russian (handwritten). I located a certified translator
via the Polish Consulate in Vancouver Canada. He takes scanned images, but
he charges a reasonable fee. Very good. His name & email:

Alexander Kulyashov, C.Tr.

mail2alexander at shaw.ca

Good luck...
