Barbara,
The Parish Records Index in the members only section of the SGGEE website,
shows a birth for a Maria Luise Zell in 1840, Entry #173, on Pabianice
parish Film 715776, and will give her parents names and ages.
I do not see anything for the name Rakko - Was he catholic and then married
a Lutheran girl?

> Hello!
>
> I am hoping someone can help me. I am looking for information regarding
> the following ancestors. My Gr. gr. Grandfather Adolph Geppert born in
> 1863, he married Pauline Rakko who was born in 1862 or 1868. Adolph and
> Pauline immigrated from the Samara region of Russia (Colony Reinsfeld I
> believe) in 1902. They arrived in St. John N.B. December 15, 1902 on the
> Lake Champlain where I found them listed as Deppert with their children
> Gustav(17), Amalie(15), Edward(11, my gr. Grandpa), Waldemar(9), Olga(4)
> and Florentina(1). According to my family there were 4 other children who
> remained in Russia. Just above Adolph and his family on the manifest is
> Rochus Deppert(19) who had a check in the box asking if he was travelling
> with family but my Grandma has no idea who this might be. Country of
> birth is listed as Germany although I know the children were all born in
> Russia. The family travelled to Winnipeg before settling near Watson, Sk.
> in 1906. they do not show up in the 190!
> 6 census as I believe they are on the missing pages for this district.
>
> Pauline Rakko's parents were Franz Rakko, born 1838 Lodz, Poland and Maria
> Zell born 1840 Pabianice, Poland. I need to confirm this information as I
> received it from the g.g. Grandson of one of Pauline's brothers. They
> both died in Colony Reinsfeld, Samara, Russia, Franz in 1883 and Maria in
> 1913. They had 8 children- Adolf b. 1870, Maria b. 1872, Louis b. 1874,
> August b. 1876, Reinhold b. 1878, Ida b. 1880 and Woldemar b. 1882 all in
> Colony Reinsfeld.
>
> If anyone has any connection to any of these names or has seen any
> information regarding them I would appreciate hearing from them.
>
> Thank you,
