The Lipno birth-marriage-death records up to 1901 are now at the Wloclawek 
State Archives, as per: http://baza.archiwa.gov.pl/sezam/pradziad.eng.php
Newer books are most likely kept at the Registrar's Office (Town Hall) in 
Lipno.
