Hi Gail,

Perhaps none of this is new to you, but the names you mention are listed in
St. Petersburg Archive records.  The birth is Heinrich Mueller on 17 Nov
1884 is there.  The mother's given name is written Magdalena.  There are two
other Mueller families in Horodischtsche, possibly brothers of Jacob.  Maybe
you can follow these other families to gain further information.

There are many Seib families (perhaps the same as your Sieb) in Pulganow and
other places, especially Lipiany.  Included is Jakob Seib/Catharine Sengler
whose daughter Catharine died at Pulganow on 20 May 1883, age 3 1/4 years.
Perhaps this family then named their next daughter Catharine to replace the
deceased one.
