[Ger-Poland-Volhynia] merging files

1. go to view
2. go to index of individuals
3. click on name that is a duplicate which will open  up their name page
4. go to people
5. go down to merge duplicate  individual
6. find duplicate name making sure dates  match
7. click merge
8. go to edit
9. then delete incorrect  information
