    To all SGGEE members subscribing to this mailing list and who have received the subject E-Newsletter today, please be advised that in Article 8. entitled GEDCOM File Submission - Things to Consider in paragraph 4, the URL for US place names should read http://geonames.usgs.gov/pls/gnis/web_query.gnis_web_query_form.

    For SGGEE members on this mailing list who did not receive the subject E-Newsletter I wish to inform you that I have repeated problems with email rejection for email addresses in Germany using web.de  The rejections ocurr with all email pertaining to membership and any other informational email.  
    To some extent this also happens with SGGEE members who use AOL but occasionally I can get an email through if I send it repeatedly.
    It appears web.de and AOL have "Spam Blockers" in place which will not accept email from my ISP sasktel.net .  If  you can eliminate this problem with your Internet Service Provider (ISP), it would be much appreciated.
