Although Jerry's explanation has merit, I would have chosen #2.

If "w Kolonii Lachy" was witten in the document I would translate this to
"Kolonia Lacha".    Over time the "Kolonia" may have been dropped as part of
the village name.

I can understand Henrich travelling 21 k to Nasielsk to get married, but
travelling 55k is also possible.
