[Ger-Poland-Volhynia] towns in Volhynia

Margit gave correct information but, as I often do, typed in the wrong 
direction.  They are actually NE and ENE of Tuczyn.

According to its location in the sequence of births registered for that 
year, Neu Shatkowka should be somewhere near Staraja Huta which is located 
14 km NE of Nowograd Wolhynsk.  However, to date, I have not been able to 
find it on any topographical map.
