[Ger-Poland-Volhynia] Apology for duplicate posting

Duplicate copies of messages from Jutta Dennerlein made their way through 
our mailing list.

This was my fault, not hers.  There is a small glitch in our system and I 
was responsible for sending out more than one copy.
