[Ger-Poland-Volhynia] Master Pedigree Database MANZEI surname

A search of the SGGEE master pedigree database turned up 3 hits for this
surname. When I clicked on the children ID it gave me living Manzei's.
Does this indicate someone has that surname in their family? Also there
are 9 Manzei's in the 001r5 database. This is a significant change from
when I first join the list. The first 3 Manzei were from Lublin area.
Was Lublin in Russian Poland?
