You did not mention the alternative to Lutheran.

If he was Baptist, then records will be very difficult to find.  Hopefully 
Dave Obee or one of our other Baptist researchers can offer further advice.

If he was Moravian Brethern, then it is still possible that his info is in 
the Lutheran records.  However, the available microfilms from the St. 
Petersburg Archive stop at 1885.  The only way to search additional years 
is to hire a researcher to cover the Rovno Archives for you.  This may or 
may not yield results.

The records you need would not be in the Engels or Saratov Archives, which 
are located some 1400 km or so to the east of Rowno.
