Two possible finds in one day! I think I need to rephrase my question to
the archives referencing Secymin instead of Tulowice. Where on the
Polish archives site did you find the reference to the 1873-1880
records? I will use this reference in my correspondence to them
Mike

To this I will add that Johann Mueller (son of Heinrich and Anna Blech)
married Marianne Rux (daughter of Gottlieb and Anna Mueller) on 23 Jan
1866 at
Secymin.
Film 1191910, 1866 #1.
Unfortunately, birth records for 1873-1880 for Secymin were not filmed
by
LDS--the on-line catalog of the Polish State Archives show that they do
hold
these records, so it may be possible to write them to confirm that there
was a
birth in 1880 for your Wilhelm.
