[Ger-Poland-Volhynia] letter from Poznan Archiwum

Today I recieved a letter from the Poznan Archive (postmarked Nov 6, 2003,) 
(over two months to get here) of course it is Polish.  I've scanned the letter 
and am wondering if some kind soul out there that reads Polish would translate 
the 6 line letter for me.  If so you may email me directly...
