[Ger-Poland-Volhynia] German form of Meychlow

My Polish engineer, who is not a genealogist, cannot make a valid Polish 
name out of the spelling Dick offers.  Her guess would be that the name is 
an abortion of Michal (Michael).  She says that the "a" is pretty silent, 
so you could write it Michl to get closer to what Dick offers.
