[Ger-Poland-Volhynia] Legacy

When Legacy is loaded a tab is available at the top "REPORTS". Clicking on
this will bring up a selection of about 8 types of reports with some
additional options and if you tap the 'preview' tab what you see is what you
will get. It will take a little usage to see what it will produce. The
printouts are essentially the same as FTM except default is double spaced.
