Actually the St. Pete extractions stop in 1885 but the records, which are 
very difficult to access, go well beyond that and exist in the St. 
Petersburg Archives.

Some records do exist for these later years but they are sporadic and 
access generally involves the hiring of a local researcher in Rowno or 
Luck.  Perhaps some other list members can offer suggestions for that.
