Thanks Jerry for posting the article by Eric Margolis.
On my recent visit to the Ukraine a professional tour guide led us on a tour of Kiev. There were endless monuments to the communist victory of World War II. When I asked the tour guide whether there was a monument to the millions who died in the Ukraine during the 1932/33 famine, she said, yes, there was. We were shown one small wall dedicated to the event.
She was surprised that I knew about it. It's a real tragedy that
so little is said about it.
