[Ger-Poland-Volhynia] Redlich family

Greetings,

I've been researching the Redlich family and I've found Edward Redlich born
July 20, 1854 in Volinski Goberna (pronounced Go-bern-na) unsure of the
spelling.  He died Sept. 17, 1913 in Bigger Saskatchewan.  I believe this
place in the Volhynia area.  He had a number of brothers.  If I could locate
this town it would greatly help to research the rest of the family.  Any
