[Ger-Poland-Volhynia] Regarding roll call postings

Roll call postings are quite acceptable on this list but please follow 
these guidelines if doing it:

1.  Please don't do it more than once a year unless you have significant 
changes.  Remember that all postings are held in the publicly accessible 
archive which accepts hits from Internet search engines.  Having said that, 
if you are a new subscriber, be sure to search the archive for old postings 
that might be of interest to

2.  Please make the subject line more relevant than just "Roll 
Call".  Include at least your primary surnames or place names.  Something 
like -

ROLL  CALL:  Frank, Hemminger, Gartz, Kreutz

- would be better.  That way the reader knows if he is viewing a new posting.
