[Ger-Poland-Volhynia] Gary Bergthold

Does anyone know how to contact a Gary Bergthold?  He left a message
(2001) in my web guestbook to contact him but no email or other address.


He was writing a book on the Bergthold name and had taken pictures going 
Switzerland to Minnesota to California.
 
He said: I have been to the villages in Galicia (Falkenstein, Einsiedel,
and Rosenberg) and have good videos of them as well as the sites in Canton
Berne and the Palatinate.
