A very simple google search turned up the place Wilhelmswalde on Tom Stangl's index of Ilow Lutheran confirmations at http://pixel.cs.vt.edu/pub/churches/ilow.txt It may be of interest that the first surname associated with Wilhelmswalde is, in fact, Arndt.
