Mary Ann,

If you have a smart computer, sometimes it thinks it is smarter than you 
are.  When you open a web page your computer caches a copy of that web page 
for faster loading in case you ever visit that page again.  The problem is 
that the page changed since the last time you were there.  Try pressing the 
refresh button on your browser to force your computer to go to the web site 
and get the new copy of that web page.  When you do, you will see that the 
September 2002 Journal is there.
