According to Hugo Karl Schmidt in his book, "Die Evangelisch-Lutheran Kirche
in Wolhynien" (page 73, Julius  Hermann Johannson was pastor of the Lutheran
church in Heimtal from 1886-1914, so he undoubtedly is the one who signed
the confirmation of Albert Itterman. In 1914, Johannson was sent to Siberia.
He became ill and died shortly thereafter.
