[Ger-Poland-Volhynia] New book for East & West Prussia genealogy

Just found out about a new book entitled Genealogical Guide to East and 
West Prussia by Edward Brandt and Adelbert Goertz.

While I cannot vouch for the book as I have not seen it yet, I can say that 
both the authors are respected genealogical researchers.  Mr. Brandt in 
fact has connections to Volhynian Germans (Schmidtkes in the region of
