The document is a "Personenregisterkarte". This type of document is filled
in at the local community (Einwohnemeldeamt) for each adult person
residing there. It holds personal references and where the person comes from
(each person has to report leaving a residence and arriving at the new one).
In earlier times (pre 1900) in the Cologne area it also showed the children.

Adolf PEPEL was born at Rudzk Wielki near Radziejow, Bydgoszcz,
on May 24, 1881 (baptized at Sompolno).

That is why I wrote this to the list. I thought to remember someone else
asking for WUSCHKOWO and could not find it on my maps.
