[Ger-Poland-Volhynia] Orsha, Belarus

Does anyone know if Volhynians were exiled to Orsha during the 1915
expropriation? Orsha is about 650 km straight north of Kiev, in Belarus. At
that time it would have been under Russian control. Also, are there any
archives existing in that city, and has anyone done any work in that place?
