<P>Rügen was part of the Prussian territory known as Pomerania, or Pommern in German. One website is <A href="http://www.pomeranianews.com/">http://www.pomeranianews.com/</A>. They have a list of surnames, and there is one Streu and many Strey. That group and others associated with Pomerania might be more help than the Volhynia group.</P>
