<p> I have a fellow here visiting from Australia trying to find a Canadian connection and could someone with membership please look this up:</p><p> </p><p>He is searching for a relative that became ordained in April 1981 perhaps with the surname Young or Kelly in and had a parish in Kingston.  We tried Anglican but that is not correct.</p><p> </p><p>This is what we know about some of the relatives:</p><p> </p><p>John Wilson married Mary Cuthburtson 15 October 1844 in Greenock, Scotland.  (John's parents were John Wilson and Margaret Patterson married 10 November 1789 in Kilmarnock, Scotland)</p><p> </p><p>John and Mary's children are:</p><p> </p><p>Mary b 1846 (to Canada)</p><p> </p><p>William b 15 March 1848 married Rachel Taylor 3 July 1872.  This William wrote a letter to Australia in 1927 looking for relatives and the return address on the letter was 24 Alexander Place, Oban, Scotland.</p><p>     No children of theirs are known however there is a granddaughter "Greta" who married a Kelly (we think her maiden name may have been "Young".  We think she is the mother of the ordained minister.</p><p> </p><p>John b 6 June 1850</p><p> </p><p>James b 21 July 1852</p><p> </p><p>David b 27 December 1854 and d 19 September 1855</p><p> </p><p>Ritchie b 5 November 1856</p><p> </p><p>Our friend visiting us from Australia has been looking for 25 years and is not computer literate so has not been able to get much done,  Your help would be much appreciated.</p><p> </p><p>Rita Lyster </p><p> </p><p> </p>
